"I visit my 93 year old brother in law who is immobile and spends most of his time in his room, by choice. The staff very kindly and gently encourage him to spend some time in the lounge however he usually prefers to stay in his room. In my opinion the staff are very kind and understanding and find time to talk and care for the residents. Care and hygiene is very good, meals and snacks are tasty and well presented. Staff are courteous, kind and caring."
